The “Vurghun Residence” residential complex, designed for premium-class living standards, is located in one of Baku's finest areas, near Zabitler Park and the Baku State Circus. The 17-story complex includes features designed for maximum resident comfort, such as an underground parking facility, green terraces, an indoor pool, a children’s entertainment and educational center, a fitness club, and cafe-restaurants. It was constructed to the latest modern architectural standards. We commenced the project in September 2017 and successfully completed it in September 2018.
