As Avant Group, our main goal for the complex was to build a seismically resistant, modern architectural structure that emphasizes a healthy lifestyle. To provide residents with maximum comfort, the complex features a swimming pool, SPA and fitness centers, a kindergarten, and playgrounds. Avant Park spans 4 hectares, featuring 25,000 square meters of green and open space, and consists of 1,000 residential units.

What We Did
Avant Park spans 4 hectares, including 25,000 m2 of green and open areas and 1,000 apartments. In this project, we are responsible for construction, renovation and real estate management.
